Heating and Air Conditioning Technician

Job description
Duties:
- Perform field service on HVAC systems, including but not limited to heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-split units.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed, such as filter changes and system cleaning.
- Perform HVAC system repairs and parts installation.
- Drive a company van to various job sites.
Requirements:
- Possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Previous experience in HVAC or related field is required.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials, up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job description

- Perform installation services of HVAC systems, including but not limited to heat pumps, gas furnaces, gas lines, and mini-split units.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to learn/assist in making custom ductwork
Requirements:
- Possess a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Basic experience in HVAC or related field is required.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials, up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
